Send a notice to afterappspain@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright / DMCA notice”. Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the exact KLIK page URL and, if known, the third-party source URL; (3) your name and contact details; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the identified use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and (6) an electronic or physical signature.

After receiving a sufficiently complete and credible formal notice, KLIK will promptly review it and immediately remove or disable the challenged link on KLIK while the claim is assessed. KLIK can disable its own link or embed; it cannot remove files or pages hosted by an independent third party, and disabling a KLIK link does not take down the source itself.

If a link was disabled in error, the affected publisher or submitter may contact the same email with the KLIK URL, their contact information, an explanation of the mistake, and a good-faith statement that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification. KLIK will review the response and may restore the link where appropriate.

KLIK does not operate or control the external game sites, advertising services, or embedded content providers linked from the catalog. Their content, privacy policies, and terms are their own responsibility. A link does not constitute KLIK’s endorsement.
