Privacy and Cookie Policy

KLIK is the public name of the project (public project name: afterappspain-ui). The operator’s legal name and postal address have not yet been supplied; see the prominent notice on the Legal Notice page. Privacy requests can currently be sent to afterappspain@gmail.com.

When you visit KLIK, the hosting and delivery provider may process technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser and device information, referrer, and language preferences. This can be necessary to deliver pages, protect the service, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. KLIK does not offer visitor accounts or collect information through a site contact form.

Language selection is based on the browser’s Accept-Language request header. KLIK’s own consent choice is stored in browser local storage under “klik-consent-v1”; this preference is used to remember optional analytics and advertising choices and remains until you clear or change it.

The Google Analytics tag (gtag.js), configured with measurement ID G-EHH6EV04VW, is loaded only after you enable the Analytics category in the consent controls. When enabled, Google Analytics may process page views, usage events, device or browser identifiers, and related technical data under its configuration and Google’s privacy terms. KLIK cannot verify or promise that analytics data is anonymous or determine the exact retention period configured in Google Analytics.

You may reject Analytics or withdraw permission at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google’s privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The SocialBar advertising script on game pages is requested only after you enable the Advertising category. The sponsored Smartlink is opened in a new tab only when you actively choose “Start playing” / “Comenzar a jugar”; its destination is operated by a third party. Advertising providers and external game sources may receive your IP address, browser/device information, and other data, and may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. KLIK does not control their collection, retention, or subsequent use.

The game player is an iframe from the third-party game source and is not loaded until you choose to start the game. Loading or using that external source may expose technical data to its operator.

Optional Analytics and Advertising scripts are blocked unless you affirmatively enable their category. “Accept all”, “Reject optional”, and “Customize” choices are available. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time with the Cookie settings control in the footer. If you reject optional categories, the associated KLIK-controlled scripts are not intentionally loaded; third-party content you open directly may still apply its own technologies.

Essential technical processing needed to serve and secure the site may occur independently of optional-cookie consent. Disabling browser storage may prevent KLIK from remembering your consent choice; in that case, optional scripts remain disabled until you make a choice in the current visit.

Where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish LSSI rules apply. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Some hosting, analytics, advertising, or game providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their own privacy notices describe the applicable transfer arrangements. KLIK cannot determine the retention periods configured by those providers.
