KLIK is an informational and educational directory that helps visitors discover browser games, web emulation experiences, and technical demonstrations, including AI-related demonstrations where available. Catalog entries describe or link to experiences made available by third parties. KLIK does not represent that it develops, owns, publishes, or is affiliated with those experiences or their rights holders.

KLIK does not host or distribute game executables, ROMs, or other protected game software on KLIK-controlled servers. When a visitor chooses to start a game, the browser requests and displays content from the independent third-party source listed on that game page; some sources are displayed in an embedded frame. The third-party source, not KLIK, controls and delivers that content.

Links, embedded content, availability, permissions, technical requirements, and third-party terms can change without notice. KLIK does not guarantee that a game will load, remain available, or be lawful or suitable in every location. Visitors should review the source provider’s terms and verify that their use is lawful.

You agree not to use KLIK to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with the site, or circumvent technical protections. Game names, trademarks, images, and third-party services belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the directory is for identification and discovery and does not imply endorsement.

If you believe a catalog entry infringes your rights, use the contact and notice process on the Legal Notice and Copyright page. KLIK may remove or disable a link while it reviews a sufficiently detailed complaint.

KLIK and the directory are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. KLIK is not responsible for third-party content, software, privacy practices, security, availability, or damage arising from a visitor’s use of an external service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
